Leeds Dock is a mixed-use destination in the centre of Leeds. Set on a vibrant waterside development, bringing together a range of creative industries that form a new community for the UK: a fusion of architecture, landscaping, culture, leisure and modern industry.
KIO undertook the initial master planning and Landscape Architecture for the site and created the concept for the rebrand of the site. KIO team designed and delivered as part of kick starting the regeneration; pop up Dock29. This space attracted Channel 4 and it went on to become the new studio space for Channel 4’s daytime show, The Steph Show.
