The Oast House

This project has received multiple awards. The Oast house is one of the most iconic buildings in Manchester. From concept design through to construction on site, we delivered a turnkey solution for our client Allied London. Our brief was to create a destination for spinningfields and increase footfall through the new development. Originally planned to be a temporary structure but due to its success it received full planning and remains a landmark destination in the heart of Spinningfields 12 years later. We were and are still very proud of this project as it was a catalyst for change and inspired many operators within the industry
