Trading House
Location: London, UK
Use: Restaurant & Bar
Status: Completed
We were appointed as the main Architect and Interior Designers on this wonderful project to repurpose the site formerly home to the Bank of New Zealand in the city of London. The brief was to create a new vibrant brand, introducing elements that embraced the opulence of Travel with areas of interest that would make for a cool new bar and restaurant offer within the city.
The build and install has challenges as the building had abundant listed features. These features were embraced and were reflected within the design style.
One of our favourite components to the project we’re our bespoke bronze Palm Chandeliers that gave an element of a 1920’s art nouveau feel.
